  We're baaaacckkkk

  we got home from vacation today about noon and i am pooped.

  we caught the early ferry off of orcas island, and vacation is over.

  now i am doing laundry and tomorrow have to clean the rv.. it was so much fun.

  do you ever?????

  do you ever get used to bumping into witnesses that you know.. i still go out in with the thought of it tin the back of my mind.

  i hate the death stares i get.

  i feel like walking uo to them and saying "i'm not the devil or a murderer, just no longer a witness".

  Actually Lehaa I found the information on Atillas and Cyber-sistas threads about similar thing.

  and those started making me feel even more sparky in that department.

  I was into the big hardware store the other day and their was a bunch of people hovering around the back counter waiting for service. I saw a J.W.woman there who will never even look me in the eye when I meet her in the stores, Couldn't even give a smile to save her soul. She makes me so uncomfortable ..like I have leprosy or something.

  So I did what sheila said. I looked straight in her eyes, but spoke to everybody waiting there and said, while looking directly at her."Are all you people waiting for service here.".

  Interesting reaction, now she was the deer caught in the headlights and not me. As I gazed to the people to my left an then turned back ..she was gone and shot up the nearest aisle."

  I milled around a little and found something that wasn't priced so back I go again with my son and guess whose standing around there but her husband. I waited my turn and watched him back away to the side..so I thought hey, .. your gonna back up sort of out of line and are not going to speak up.. well then, too bad. I stepped right up beside him and asked for pricing The service guy gave me the price and when I looked up the husband guy was gone too. Whoosh gone up the aisle.

  (and I never even had to pass wind or anything) lol

  Be damned, I'm tired of all these feelings I feel when I run in to not all.. but SOME of them..

  Sounds like you need to send me pictures of you and thunder.. and I'll put them on little necklaces around my neck.

  When those J.W. people get to close. I'll hold them up at them. (their reactions..from what you say..would be similar to holding a cross up at a vampire) ROFL...hahahaha.(Do they all cringe and fall sort of backwards?)

  But hey.. if it works, there might be market for you two's pictures on the exjw market..home business.

  (I'm just kidding ya .. you know)...feeling in a silly mood this afternoon I guess.

  I spent a lot of time in the hot tub... although the doctor said I needed to turn the temperature down to body temperature or just below that.. and not up to the hot hot tub temperature. Don't overheat the baby and cause it distress in the womb.

  It was great to float in the hot tub and run the jets on all my aching muscles, especially my back, and feel that weightlessness.

  I just confronted a car full of dubs in the preaching work!

  yep, just got back from getting my morning coffee and they were across the street from my house talking to a lady that i believe is turning into a return visit.

  i was frantically looking for the un letter, found it and then approached the car as they were just getting back in.

  the old dub guy totally denied any un involvement and went into the speal about why the un and before that league of nations was so bad.

  You know, I really think alot of J.W.'s don't know about this UN thing.

  Bet they ran off to the coffee shop to regroup..

  Mind control is a scary thing when you look back and see yourself sitting in that car, and pounding on those doors. Ewwww.. Yikes, I used to be one of them..poor poor people.

  that you now have images as a crazed testosterone filled male.....even some of you that have met him.

  I guess interpretation is a four letter word..when it comes to the written word. LOL

  Maybe that's why I always disagree with my oldest sons English teachers in grade 10-12. They give them a piece of writing and ask them to write their thoughts and perceptions on what they read and then they say. Nope, boy.. you are wrong. It is interpreted this way so you don't get this higher mark. Gee's I hate when some english teachers do that. Grrr...

  I found that out as I gradually came to the realization that the WTBTS was based on their interpretations of their bible while pushing it down my throat.

  Kingdom Halls for Sale

  in the past year, i have noticed that two kingdom halls in my area are closed and for sale and i haven't heard from any of the locals (i am in a rural area) about the jws here building any new ones to meet in.

  i was wondering, is this an increasing trend throughout the us or just a local phenonenon?

  dare we hope that the dubs will go out of business in other regions?.

  In my home area, they sold the kingdom hall once the numbers of people attending got too high.(early 70's). In the 80's this hall was too small.

  So they built a new Bigger hall in a location that better suited the needs of all those traveling in from the countryside. They sold the old smaller one and it is now an Insurance Office. ..Weird!

  The new bigger hall got crowded and they split the congregation into two...out of the same hall.

  Another part of the territory became large enough and built there own kingdom hall too.

  So now here in the 21st century.. it now stands at two congregations and two Kingdom Halls.

  As far as their numbers at these two halls.. well, I'm kind of in the dark because I have been disfellowshipped for sooo long that I don't know what their attendance levels are.
